Mahoney's broasted chicken is pressure cooked, meaning it's healthier then fried chicken. Fried chicken soaks up the oil it is cooked in. On the other hand, broasted chicken is cooked in a pressure cooker. The pressure cooker locks in all of the yummy juices and keeps out the fatty oil.
